SVS  Chauffeurs  and the chauffeurs provided by SVS Chauffeurs are fully insured and licenced to carry out private hire bookings, all vehicles and chauffeurs provided for are insured with public liability. The insurance held will not cover uninsured losses which are covered by travel insurance, nor will it cover the passenger’s personal property or possessions. SVS Chauffeurs will not accept any liability to the passenger for damage or loss to property caused by theft.

Firearms can only be carried when accompanied by the registered holder of the firearm certificate. You must make us aware if firearms will be carried and provide a valid firearm certificate at the time of booking. The passenger carrying the firearm must have a valid firearm certificate available for inspection by the chauffeur at commence of journey and it is to be carried with the passenger at all times during the journey. Flammable items of any kind are not permitted for travel within our vehicles.

Passengers will be liable for any damaged caused to the Private Hire Vehicle such as spillage, sickness or scratches.  Passengers must be mindful with regard the interior fittings, seats and surfaces so no damage is caused. Any damaged caused will be charged to the passenger.
